The work that PROCAREhas put into our employees at JD Kirsten (Pty) Ltd over the last few years, since their involvement has made a big difference and has attributed to the upliftment on a personal and social level for our employees and also indirectly to the company. People in general sometimes have social issues that just need an objective ear to listen to them and the psychological expertise from a professional company like PROCAREto assists them in the time of need. JDK had numerous occasions where the employees have gone thought turmoil due to hardship. We all cope with hardship differently and sometimes we need something extra to help us through the hard times on a psychological level. have the ability to listen with tender ear and provide personal assistance to comfort the pain and get the individual through it. It has been an absolute pleasure for JDK to have PROCAREas our social service partner. Our relationship with PROCAREwill continue where there is a need to assist our employees in hard times and improve their lives and develop them to become the leaders not just in the workplace, but also in the community.
