PROCARE introduced and developed the SA Mint company's Employee Assistance programme and also assisted us in the development of policies in this regard. PROCAREis well known for going the extra mile and we could always count on them in times of crisis. For instance one year we had retrenchments in our company and they did not only assist us with the employees and retrenchment counselling but were also willing to adapt their services and fees that year.
PROCARE has initiated many life skill programmes but were particularly successful with their Financial life skill programmes. Our employees found this to be very practical and helpful and many employees benefited tremendously as a result of this. I have always felt that the social workers of PROCARE not only provide counselling of a high standard but they also really care for the employees.
