World Adoption Day
World Adoption Day on 9 November is aimed at raising awareness of adoptions in communities and the positive and permanent change that it brings in the lives of families that are brought together through adoption.
This year PROCARE decided to embark on an exciting Adoption Awareness campaign in the form of a Worldwide Walk/Run to create awareness of the potentially devastating effects of the proposed changes in the Children's Act and to raise funds to support Adoptions in South Africa in various ways.
