Employee Wellness Programme (EWP)

Our EWP offering includes the following services

Counselling and Assessments

We provide professional confidential counselling to those who are experiencing challenges at home and/or at work. We also conduct wellness assessments to support employees at risk and to prevent the possible impact on productivity

Trauma Management

Trauma Debriefing after a traumatic incident, Bereavement Counselling, Dealing with Grief and Loss, Trauma Counselling, Post-Traumatic Stress (experienced long after traumatic events).

Crisis Intervention

We deal with Crisis situations which requires immediate response E.g. Suicide, Violence.  We also provide Crisis counselling to explore the reasons behind and leading up to the crisis to try and prevent similar crises in future

Wellness Awareness

Prevention is better than cure! We encourage employees to take responsibility for their own wellness through monthly wellness awareness campaigns. We will create a customised EWP Blog for your company,  aimed at boosting staff morale and general wellness in the workplace. This includes content development as well as branded posters and scan options which can be printed out or distributed electronically.

Group activities

We offer Therapeutic and Educational Group Support sessions, Facilitation, Life Skills, and Training Programmes to empower Managers and Employees with skills to deal with Psycho-social challenges.

Manager/Executive Training and Support

We support Management to address psycho-social issues in the workplace in accordance with the Code of Good Business practice. We also provide online opportunities for Executive/Leadership Coaching.

24/7 Employee Helpline

Our cost-effective inbound Helpline offers 24/7 direct access to a professional counsellor for the initial containment of employees in crisis and Manager support to assist employees in distress. The Helpline includes SMS and E-mail functionality.

Service Management

This includes the Monitoring and  Evaluation of our services and providing regular feedback, Client  Satisfaction Surveys, Capturing Statistical data, Time management and  EWP  Service Reports.

OUR BASIC EWP BUNDLE

Our Basic Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) includes:

  • 24/7 Helpline

  • Wellness Awareness

  • Access to all our other services at a preferential rate

OUR COMPREHENSIVE EWP BUNDLE

Our comprehensive EWP is our best and most cost-effective sevice bundle. It includes all our services at a preferential rate for a fixed period. This will enable you to stick to a fixed budget while we render services when and where you need it.

TAILOR MAKE YOUR OWN BUNDLE

You can tailor make your own EWP Service bundle and we will focus on the services you need the most. This option must include Service Management and Wellness Awareness but does not require commitment to a fixed term.  You can top-up the Service bundle by adding other services when you need them, at an additional cost.

PAY AS YOU GO EWP SERVICE BUNDLE

Our Pay as You Go option is a more  expensive option and  could impact  on continuity but gives you the freedom of choosing the services yo u  want when you need it. We can provide all  our  services  on  an  Ad-hoc basis  and our  Ad-hoc rates will  apply. Our 24/7 Helpline and Wellness Awareness are highly recommended when you  consider this option. Our Ad-hoc tariffs will be provided on request.

24/7 EMPLOYEE HELPLINE

Our 24/7 Helpline can be provided as a stand-alone service or added to your chosen Service bundle at a preferential rate. We recommend Wellness Awareness and Service management when the Helpline is considered as a stand-alone option.
