Knowing and understanding your rights and responsibilities as set out by The Bill of Rights (Chapter Two of the Constitution of South Africa), is extremely important, but just as important is understanding that you have personal rights and responsibilities for your emotional wellness.

☐ I have the right to feel safe

☐ I have the right to admit when I need help from other people

☐ I have the right to make and maintain friendships

☐ I have the right to feel empowered

☐ I have the right to emotional wellness

☐ I have the right to be content with myself

☐ I have the right to set my limits

☐ I have the right to spend quality time with myself
